CDX Mail Campaigns are for advertised listings only
Access Marketing Center from within the menu of CoStar.com, LoopNet.com, or directly at MarketingCenter.costar.com
Go to the CDX Mail tab
Select New Campaign at the top right to create a new campaign
Enter Campaign Details
Choose the listing for which you would like to send a new campaign
Enter a campaign name
Use the From contact drop down to select the email address from which the campaign will be sent. The campaign can be sent by any of the brokers or owners listed as a contact on the listing
Enter a subject line for your campaign
Once finished click Continue
Select a template for your campaign
Select between 1 Photo, Portrait, 3 Photos, and No photo email template options
Customize your email
To change the color theme of the email
Select the color dropper at the top right
Once selected click on the x at the top right
To select a new photo click the image icon at the top right of your photo and select from the photos available
Add text to the email that will only be seen by recipients of the email and will not display on the public listing.
Preview your email by clicking on the Preview toggle at the top right of the screen
You can see both desktop and mobile versions using the toggle
Click Continue at the top right
To send yourself a test email
Enter your email in the 'Send a Test Email' field
Click Send Test
When satisfied with your email click on Send Now
You can also access CDX Mail from the My Listings tab by clicking on Create Email Campaign from the Marketing Tools section of the listing summary.
Once an email campaign is sent, it cannot be modified. A previously sent campaign for any listing can be modified and resent after 30 days. Responses to your email campaign will not appear within your leads dashboard, so be sure to save contact information from direct responses.
