Allocate Silver Listings to Brokers

This action can only be completed by the Company Plan Contract Admin

  1. Access Marketing Center from within the menu of CoStar.com, LoopNet.com, or directly at MarketingCenter.costar.com
  2. Click on the Listing Plan tab
  3. From the 'Brokers' view, under the 'Premium Listing Plan' column, you can allocate the number of Silver listings per broker. You can also view the listings that Broker has allocated for Silver.
