Access Company Listing Plan Dashboard

Only Company Plan Contract Admin has access to the Company Listing Plan tab in Marketing Center.

1. Access Marketing Center from within the menu of CoStar.com, LoopNet.com, or directly at MarketingCenter.costar.com
2. Click on the Listing Plan tab

Listing Plan Details

• Company Listing Plan: Total Number of Silver Listings included in your Company Listing Plan
• Allocated Premium Listings: Total number of Premium Listings in the company listing plan that are currently allocated/assigned to brokers
• Unallocated Premium Listings: Total number of Premium Listings in the company listing plan not yet allocated/assigned to brokers

Managing Listing Plan

1. Within the Listing Plan tab in Marketing Center, a Company Plan Contract Admin can manage the following:
   1. Oversee the number of Silver listing slots their plan includes
   2. Assign number of Silver listing slots to different brokers in the company and see how many of their Silver listings have not yet been used.
   3. Control Auto-Assign, which when turned ON automatically assigns the newest listings to Silver is there are unassigned Silver Listing slots available
   4. Review the specific listings that have a 'Silver' slot, or higher
