Add and Edit Photos & Attachments

  1. Access Marketing Center from within the menu of CoStar.com, LoopNet.com, or directly at MarketingCenter.CoStar.com
  2. Access the Attachment Manager to add and edit media by clicking ‘Manage Photos’ from the ‘My Listings’ tab, or by clicking ‘Edit Listing’ and scrolling to the appropriate section within the listing details.

  3. To add new brochures and other documents:
    1. In Attachment Manager, in the ‘Documents’ section under the Property folder, click Upload Files
    2. Select the document(s)
    3. Click Open
    4. Click Save & Exit when complete
  4. To add new property photos, floor plans, and videos:
    1. In Attachment Manager, in the ‘Photos & Videos’ section under the Property folder, click to Upload Files
    2. Select the files
    3. Click Open
    4. Click Save & Exit when complete
  5. To add new media to specific spaces on listings
    1. In Attachment Manager, select the space folder for the suite you want to add media to
    2. Select to add media to either the ‘Photos & Videos’ section for the space, or the ‘Documents’ section for the space
    3. Click to Upload Files
    4. Select the files
    5. Click Open
    6. Click Save & Exit when complete

  • You can select and upload more than one file at a time by dragging them into the Upload area or by holding down Ctrl when selecting the files.
  • You have the option to either upload photos from your computer or select images from the CoStar inventory library for the property.
  • For property for lease, you can add brochures and attachments to both the space and the property level
  • For condos for sale, you can add brochures and attachments to both the unit level and Data Room
