Update Space Status

  1. Access Marketing Center from within the menu of CoStar.com, LoopNet.com, or directly at MarketingCenter.CoStar.com

  2. From the My Listings tab, click on Edit Listing for the listing you would like to edit

    Click on Remove for the space you would like to update

    Choose the applicable status: Leased or Withdrawn

    1. If space has been Leased, please complete the required fields
  3. Click Done

  • You are also able to remove a specific space from a listing via the Space Drawer on the Listing Overview page.
