Access Leads

  1. Access Marketing Center from within the menu of CoStar.com, LoopNet.com, or directly at MarketingCenter.CosStar.com

  2. From the My Listings tab, locate the listing for which you want to view a list of leads. Within the Marketing Tools section click on Leads


Email Leads

Email leads refer to the list of potential clients or interested parties who have engaged with your commercial real estate listings on LoopNet via the inquiry form. These details include:

  • The leads name, allowing for a personalized follow up
  • Specific listing details that caught their attention
  • Date & time when the lead was generated

Phone Leads

Phone leads refer to the incoming calls you receive from interested parties who have found your diamond, platinum, or gold listing on LoopNet. These details include:

  • Caller information
  • The specific listing that prompted the call
  • Call details, indicating whether the call was successfully connected or not
  • The date and time of the call

Secure Leads

Interested investors that are accessing due diligence on your listing will be shared with you under the secure leads report, which is accessed via the leads section of your listing. Secure Leads are available on For Sale listings and Auction listings with a secured data room. These details include:

  • Contact name and the date the lead came in
  • Data room visits and downloads
  • Lead status
